Data Analyst, Upto $5k, Bonus

This role reports to the Distribution Compensation Operations Lead and supports distribution channels across the end‑to‑end compensation process, ensuring that compensation reports and payouts are accurate, timely, and compliant with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The role will also support ongoing change initiatives as the organization continues its digital transformation journey, where strong interest in business processes and data analytics is essential.

Job Description

• Review and validate various distribution and compensation reports, such as production tracking and performance reports.
• Manage end‑to‑end validation activities to ensure outputs are aligned with defined business rules, delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Understand and translate business requirements and requests into meaningful data analysis and visualizations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business and operational decision‑making.
• Contribute analytical insights into business processes by collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Propose solutions and support the development or enhancement of processing models, presenting clear and explainable outcomes that support operational execution and compensation strategies.
• Troubleshoot data or process issues and implement interim solutions to ensure business continuity.

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance business objectives, process efficiency, and risk management.
• Hands‑on experience with data analytics tools such as Python, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, Anaplan, or similar technologies.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with tight timelines.
• Able to manage ambiguity, priorities tasks effectively, and handle multiple workstreams.
• Enjoys collaborating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and functions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the confidence to make sound judgement calls when required.
• Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, engage, and build consensus while adhering to sound data governance and management principles.

Working Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or finance operations.
• Familiarity with databases, cloud environments, and FP&A or finance‑related tools.

Education

• Degree / Diploma in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
