Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions for Singapore’s Whole-of-Government (WOG) customers. This role provides architectural leadership for large-scale government transformation programmes, working closely with internal teams and enterprise software OEMs to deliver secure, scalable, and future-ready platforms aligned with Singapore’s digital government vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Strategy

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications including workflow systems, case management, portals, and data platforms.
• Define scalable, modular, and reusable architectures aligned with government frameworks (GCC, Zero Trust, IM8).
• Partner with Business Unit leadership to shape technical strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.

OEM & Platform Integration

• Collaborate with enterprise software OEMs (e.g. ServiceNow, SAS, Elastic, AWS, Azure, GCP) to co-design and integrate solutions.
• Lead integration of third-party platforms within complex government technology environments.
• Ensure all solutions meet security, compliance, and architecture standards.

Programme Delivery & Governance

• Provide technical leadership for complex, multi-agency system integrations.
• Resolve technical escalations and guide delivery teams through implementation and go-live.
• Oversee technical handover to operations and support teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior government stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and OEMs to ensure consistent delivery of business value.

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in solution architecture, enterprise platforms, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering complex, integrated enterprise systems, preferably in public-sector environments.
• Strong experience managing and collaborating with enterprise software OEMs.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), security standards, and enterprise integration.
• Experience with AI-enabled and cloud-native solutions is an advantage.
• Agile / DevSecOps certifications (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, PMP) preferred.
