Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical solutioning support to tenants designing, architecting, and deploying workloads on private cloud platforms.

  • Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and technical consultations covering areas such as:

    • Cloud service providers and on-premises technologies

    • Cloud common services

    • DevSecOps Greenlane (CI/CD pipelines and automation)

    • DevSecOps collaboration tools

    • Technical architecture design

    • Compliance and OBT requirements

  • Collaborate with tenants and project teams to develop reference architectures, solution templates, and deployment patterns.

  • Monitor, triage, and resolve technical enquiries to ensure smooth onboarding and cloud adoption.

  • Develop and maintain FAQ artefacts to guide tenants through technical processes.

  • Design and plan technical training materials, including cloud onboarding, common services usage, DevSecOps best practices, and collaboration toolchains.

  • Deliver technical briefings, walkthroughs, and hands-on sessions to enable effective cloud adoption.

  • Work closely with the CAT Lead and Training Lead to maintain reusable documentation and shared knowledge repositories.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry.

  • At least one professional-level (or equivalent) Cloud or Hyper-Converged Infrastructure certification from AWS, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Nutanix, or VMware.

  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

  • Able to work effectively under pressure and manage tight timelines.
