Job Description

• Position: Assistant Finance Manager    
• Well Established Singapore Based Marine & Offshore MNC 
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (7:30am – 5:00pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7,200 + Variable Bonus   
• Working Location: Samulun Island
• Company Transport Provided
• Outpatient Medical Insurance Provided
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Marine & Offshore   

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial aspects of the operational activities.
• Overseeing the daily operations in Samulun Island, ensuring alignment with Company’s objectives, policies and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures across operations.
• Lead initiatives to optimise financial processes, especially on accounts payables on invoice processing and payment processing.
• Manage the Singapore entities (including holding co) cashflow, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet the operation needs while manage financial and interest risks.
• Work with FP&A and GL team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and banks.
• Other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance operation.
• Experienced in leading a team and working with shared service team.
• Advanced excel skills.
• Proficiency in SAP will be an added advantage.
