Job Description

About the role
This role sits at the front line of the tactical intelligence function, strengthening situational awareness and operational readiness for Global Security Operations (GSO) leadership and the GSOC–APAC. You will track, assess, and report on emerging risks across the APAC region, with a strong focus on political and electoral developments that may impact people, assets, and brand reputation.

This is a role for someone analytical, curious, and composed under pressure, who can turn open-source information into clear, actionable intelligence.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on APAC current affairs, with emphasis on political and electoral developments

  • Monitor publicly available open-source content using advanced techniques and proprietary systems to provide 24/7 “follow-the-sun” tactical intelligence

  • Actively threat hunt for emerging risks that may impact employees, assets, or reputation, with focus on indicators requiring physical security response

  • Produce clear, concise intelligence reports and briefings for stakeholders

  • Support the development of regional intelligence programmes by identifying local nuances and risk factors

  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Fusion Operations Lead or management

What we’re looking for

  • Strong written and spoken English, with confidence in report writing and briefings

  • Proven experience in open-source intelligence (OSINT) and research

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a tactical mindset

  • Ability to manage time-sensitive priorities and respond well to direct feedback

  • Proficient in OSINT tools and techniques, including Boolean search queries and MS Office / Office 365

  • Good awareness of online security risks, with consideration for personal security

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Calm, decisive, and comfortable making judgment calls with incomplete information

If you’re motivated by real-world risk analysis and want your intelligence work to directly support operational decisions, this role offers both challenge and impact.
