Programme & Data Analyst (Social Service) - Contract Role

• Work Location - Thomson, Central Region
• Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Monthly Salary - $3160
• Govt Agency, 12 months contract

Job Scope:

• Collect, analyse, and manage data across programmes
• Support process improvements, research, and policy implementation
• Maintain databases, track fund utilisation, and manage programme referrals
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, including data cleaning and troubleshooting
• Liaise with stakeholders to support placements and referrals
• Assist with events and provide administrative support as required

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field
• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or data-related role preferred
• Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
