Technical Security Consultant (Post-Sales)

As a Technical Security Consultant (Post-Sales), you’ll be responsible for deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting network security solutions for enterprise customers and channel partners. You will ensure customer success by providing exceptional technical implementation and escalation support.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain network security solutions across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support, troubleshoot complex incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Conduct technical workshops, knowledge transfers, and handovers to clients and partners.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for escalated issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance to ensure reliability, scalability, and security compliance.
• Support upgrade, patching, and lifecycle management activities.

🎯 Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in pre-sales or post-sales engineering for leading or emerging cybersecurity products.
• Strong understanding of network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence platforms.
