About the Role
We’re hiring a Service Delivery Manager to own the success of a portfolio of enterprise customers using cloud security and CNAPP tooling integrated with their cloud environments. You will be the trusted technical advisor driving adoption, renewals, and growth, translating business outcomes into concrete product usage, integrations, and measurable security improvements. Key Responsibilities:
· Own a book of enterprise accounts: drive account health, adoption, renewal, and revenue growth with clear success plans and value realization milestones.
· Guide product adoption toward business outcomes: deeply understand customer challenges and map features/services to measurable results (e.g., risk reduction, compliance coverage, MTTR).
· Trusted technical advisor: provide hands-on technical support and solution guidance across cloud security use cases.
· Enablement & education: deliver demos, feature updates, workshops, and documentation to accelerate learning and adoption of cloud products and CNAPP capabilities.
· Proactive account leadership: run a regular cadence (QBRs/EBRs, weekly standups) to uncover new use cases, surface risks, and coordinate cross-functional actions that protect and grow accounts.
· Wiz platform integration: lead secure onboarding of customer cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud) into Wiz; guide identity/permissions, connectors, and posture coverage.
· Tooling ecosystem integrations: integrate Splunk, Jira, and related SIEM/ITSM/DevOps stacks with Wiz for alerting, ticketing, and automation
· Policy & controls customization: help customers tailor security policies, detection rules, and automations; advise on guardrails and least-privilege access.
Additional Program Areas You’ll Support (as relevant to each customer)
- Audit & Compliance: map CNAPP posture to frameworks (e.g., MAS TRM, ISO 27001, SOC 2); enable automated evidence, dashboards, and policy checks.
- Busines Continuity & DR: articulate platform resilience and align security controls to HA/DR objectives in cloud environments.
- Incident Management: triage CNAPP/threat-intel alerts, validate IOCs, document lessons learned, and accelerate remediation with owners.
- Cyber Risk Management: translate misconfigurations/exposures into business risk, prioritize remediation, and track risk burn-down.
- Security Administration: configure RBAC, SSO/federation, and least-privilege patterns; streamline patch/access processes.
- Stakeholder Management: be the technical POC post-deployment; run demos/updates, capture feedback, and influence decisions with clear action plans.
- Threat Analysis & Intelligence: tune detections, reduce false positives, align to MITRE ATT&CK, and (as applicable) integrate watchlists/threat feeds.
Knowledge and Skills
· 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (Customer Success, TAM, Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or similar).
· Proven self-starter with a track record of organizing internal resources toward customer outcomes.
· Ability to uncover evolving requirements and map them crisply to platform features and roadmaps.
· Strong consulting & project management skills; act as a reliable advisor delivering visible business value.
· Executive-ready communication, with a positive “can-do” attitude.
· 2+ years designing/delivering/maintaining Cloud Infrastructure or Cloud Security solutions.
· Exposure to Kubernetes and container security.
· Preferred: 2+ years in security architecture, cloud security, information security consulting, GRC, or enterprise network/security management.
· Solid understanding of Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
· Competence with scripting (e.g., Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby, PHP); comfortable building utility scripts/tools to unblock customers.
· Team player with high integrity; continuously improves processes and programs.
· Proactive, organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and persistent.
Nice to Have
· Experience supporting Wiz or other CNAPPs; hands-on cloud onboardingand connector tuning.
· Familiarity with Splunk, Jira, and workflow automation for SecOps/ITSM/DevOps.
· Bilingual English & Chinese for regional stakeholder engagement.
