Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PMO functions, ensuring effective governance and delivery of medium to large-scale projects
• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, kick-off, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, scope, budget, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project priorities, resource allocation, and deliverables
• Oversee project pipeline, track progress, and ensure alignment with timelines, budget, and company standards
• Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Guide teams on project management methodologies, including Agile practices and sprint activities
• Monitor financial aspects including budgeting, cost tracking, and resource planning
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Establish, review, and improve PMO policies, processes, and best practices
• Ensure quality execution and compliance with company standards across all project phases

Requirements:

• Academic background in Business, Engineering, or similar fields
• PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL or equivalent certifications are advantageous
• At least 5 years of project management experience, handling medium to large-scale projects, technical or systems-related projects
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is a plus
• Able to manage budgets, risks, and resources effectively
