Responsibilities

Lead technical project planning, execution, and delivery to meet business objectives and timelines
Manage incident response and production support to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability
Apply troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve issues across applications, APIs, and systems
Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence to facilitate team collaboration and project tracking
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align project goals, report progress, and manage expectations
Analyze system architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) to guide technical decisions
Foster ownership and accountability within teams to drive project success in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Proactively identify and solve technical and project-related problems to maintain momentum and quality

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Hands-on experience in software development, quality assurance, or site reliability engineering roles
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to enhance deployment efficiency
Experience using monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Splunk, or AppDynamics for system health insights
Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile to support project management best practices
