System & Network Support Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on System and Network Support Engineer to support and maintain our IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments.

This role provides exposure to Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, and enterprise systems in a manufacturing environment, and offers opportunities to contribute to system improvements and IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

System & Cloud Administration

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Cloud) and on-premise systems

• Manage and maintain SharePoint Online and related services

• Ensure systems are secure, stable, and up to date

IT Support

• Provide desktop and end-user support for hardware, software, and access issues

• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day IT incidents in a timely manner

Network Management

• Support and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and wireless access points

• Assist in monitoring network performance and resolving connectivity issues

Backup & Security

• Manage and monitor system backup and recovery processes

• Ensure compliance with Business Continuity Plan (BCP) requirements

Applications & Tools

• Support and administer business applications such as SharePoint, Jira, and other enterprise tools

• Assist in developing simple solutions using Microsoft Power Platform

Documentation & Improvement

• Maintain clear documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations

• Support continuous improvement of IT processes and systems

Requirements

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology or related field

• 2–4 years of experience in system and network support

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration

• Basic knowledge of networking (switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi)

• Familiarity with backup solutions and IT security practices

• Exposure to tools such as SharePoint, Jira, or similar platforms is an advantage

• CCNA or equivalent knowledge is preferred but not required
