Get to Know the Role
You will lead important projects that manage supply for our delivery services. Using data and strategic planning, you will identify gaps and design plans to address challenges. Your work will involve rolling out new products, optimizing existing ones, and collaborating with local and regional teams to ensure success. You will report to Deliveries Marketplace Manager and work onsite in the Bangkok Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Experiment and execute initiatives to ensure optimal platform performance for GrabFood, GrabExpress and GrabMart verticals.
Analyze the performance of owned projects and initiatives and communicate key results across a wide range of stakeholders.
Has the ability to "connect-the-dots", and understands both on-ground realities of the business and the narrative of data from multiple sources
Work across local and regional teams and functions to support goals and initiatives of Grab as a whole, when relevant to delivery-partners.
Improve product rollouts, ensuring they fit market conditions.
Support vertical teams in launching new business initiatives

The Group Marketplace team supports country teams in managing driver supply, pricing, marketplace strategy, product rollouts, and special projects. We often work with large datasets, deriving insights to create applicable solutions. There is minimal bureaucracy, allowing a quick turnaround from insights to decisions and execution.
