Job Description
Get to Know the Role
Reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, you will lead a team responsible for shaping and implementing vendor strategies—including vendor management, contract negotiation, cost optimization, process improvements, and performance monitoring.
You will base onsite in our Philippines office at Exquadra Tower.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors that align with our needs and compliance requirements.
You will lead contract development, pricing negotiations, and renewals; ensure SLAs, KPIs, and legal terms are clearly defined and enforced.
You will develop and track vendor KPIs; conduct quarterly business reviews; resolve performance issues and implement corrective actions.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders (procurement, legal, finance, operations) to align vendor capabilities with organizational goals.
You will identify opportunities for cost savings, value creation, and risk mitigation through improved vendor management.
You will ensure vendors comply with regulatory standards, company policies, and risk management practices.
You will improve vendor management processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
You will stay informed on market trends, latest suppliers, and changes in the regulatory or competitive landscape.
