Systems & Network Engineer

Job Description:

• Implement, maintain, and administer IT infrastructure, including networks, operating systems, storage, and backup.
• Collaborate on system development activities such as design, implementation, integration, and testing.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotating basis, resolving production issues and minimizing system downtime.
• Develop and maintain technical and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and customers to resolve issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including OS and networking.
• Keen interest in learning new technologies and skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• Advantageous skills include Networking/CCNA, VMware NSX, and virtualization technologies (VMware, vSphere).
