Automic Batch Automation Engineer (Contract)

Role:

• The IT Automic Automation Specialist will be a member of the IT Service Management team.
• The Automic Automation Specialist is mainly involved for automating the jobs into Automic tool.
• Gather requirements from different IT specialist and implement them into the Automic tool according to bank’s Standards.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have at least 7-10 years of experience in working with Automic Automation or a similar job scheduling system as a workflow developer.
• Designing and adapting complex workflows with Automic Automation Engine (UC4)
• Processing service requests related to job scheduling and Automation.
• Advising IT service owners as a specialist in workflow automation
• Good knowledge of technologies in Unix, Java and Shell scripting
• Good understanding and experience in IT Operation and their processes
• Candidate must have exposure to technical requirement analysis, planning and coordination.
• Knowledge and good exposure to Change & Release Management and Incident Management.
