Senior Infrastructure Platforms Lead (Data Center Service) | PERM | Bank

• Provide strategic leadership for infrastructure architecture and enterprise incident management to maintain high levels of operational stability and resilience.

• Own and govern end-to-end server platform services, including compute, virtualization, databases, storage, backup, and hybrid cloud environments.

• Lead the architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization of secure, scalable, and highly automated server platform solutions.

• Drive delivery of server platform infrastructure programs, with regular executive reporting on system performance, initiative status, risk exposure, and cost efficiency.

• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives while maintaining the enterprise infrastructure roadmap to enable global technology rationalization and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10–15 years of experience in IT infrastructure leadership, including at least 5 years in banking or financial services environments.
• Proven track record leading regional or global infrastructure transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption, modernization, vendor management, multi-cloud strategies, and disaster recovery/business continuity planning.
• Holds one or more recognized certifications in enterprise architecture or infrastructure technologies (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, MCSE, VMware VCF, Nutanix NCP), along with certifications in information security or risk (CISSP or CISM) and project management (PMP or PRINCE).
• Extensive technical expertise in hybrid cloud architectures, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and enterprise storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Strong understanding of MAS and key APAC regulatory requirements, including BN RMiT, RBI, BOT, and APRA frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise compute, virtualization, storage, and backup platforms, with a strong emphasis on high availability, resilience, and cybersecurity best practices.
