Software Engineer

We are representing our client, a leading service provider offering end-to-end integrated infocommunications IT solutions services, to look for an experienced Software Engineer to complement the existing group of technical experts. the Software Engineer is responsible for all technical requirements during project implementation. This involves scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing and management to ensure project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• • Research, design, implement and managing software programs
  • Develop application for contact centres.
  • Identify areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
  • Write and implement efficient code
  • Determine operational practicality
  • Install and Maintain Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Solutions in networking and contact center settings
  • Maintain and upgrade existing systems
  • Training users
  • Support network Infrastructure, daily system operation check, schedule backup and preventive maintenance.
  • Coordinate job requests and update the project manager on all related project matters.
  • Ensure all the required project documentation is performed accordingly.
  • Assist in case escalation to product principal while ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in IT or Professional Certification in related field.
• Fresh graduates in related field will be considered for this role as training will be provided.
• Possess knowledge of the programming languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, Microsoft SQL and Dot NET.
• Familiar with Web Applications: Angular, HTML, CSS, MVC and REST APIs.
• Experience in SDLC Project Delivery, Spring & Agile Methodology.
• Understanding in IT infrastructure, networking setup and Contact Center environment will be added advantage.
• Possess effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage project stakeholders.
