About the company

Our client is a fast growing company with over 10 years of experience who is a market leader within their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring an experienced Network Service Engineer to join their team.

About the job

• Monitoring and maintaining Interconnectivity Network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot all network incidents and customer-reported service issues within agreed-upon SLAs.
• Perform Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Diagnosis, and Resolution within SLA’s, OLA’s, and KPI’s.
• Provide regular updates to ticketing systems and progress incidents through to resolution.
• Liaise and escalate with external suppliers and internal departments to minimize network disruption and downtime.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have proven working experience in Network / NOC.

Proven track record working in a data center or cross connect experience is required for this role.
