Network Engineer

Job Description – Network & Security Engineer

• Provide day-to-day operations and administration support for network and security infrastructure in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

• Configure, manage, and support routers and switches, primarily Cisco-based environments.

• Perform incident resolution, root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

• Support change, patching, and upgrade activities for network infrastructure.

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex network issues.

• Maintain accurate network documentation and configuration records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in configuring and supporting routers and switches (e.g., Cisco).

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols).

• CCNA certification (mandatory).

• Experience with network security concepts and best practices.

• Good troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
