We are seeking a Network Engineer. Responsible for managing and supporting IT infrastructure, including design, implementation, maintenance, security, and operational support of network systems.

Responsibility:

• Administer network and security infrastructure across production, DR, and test environments.
• Perform system hardening, upgrades, patching, and vulnerability management.
• Monitor infrastructure lifecycle, certificates, passwords, and backups.
• Execute disaster recovery plans and conduct regular DR testing.
• Provide Level 2 network support and ensure SLA compliance.
• Manage network changes, releases, and configuration documentation.
• Support infrastructure-related projects and upgrades.
• Perform capacity planning and network performance optimization.
• Provide 24/7 operational support on a rotating shift basis.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, DNS, and NAC.
• Experience with public cloud and data center operations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Able to support 24/7 shift operations, including weekends and public holidays.
