IT Infrastructure Operations Manager - Contract

• Manage and maintain the organization's crucial IT systems, including servers, networks, hardware, and software solutions.
• Lead the operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure needs, plan upgrades, and implement system enhancements.
• Oversee cloud migration projects and ensure smooth transitions to advanced cloud-based solutions.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement necessary measures to maintain optimal efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and implement IT security protocols and measures to safeguard the organization's data and systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies related to IT infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; advanced certification preferred.
• 5+ years managing IT infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity in large environments.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud platforms and enterprise IT systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Critical environment or large-scale IT infrastructure experience are a must.
