Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage financial operations for our FMCG trading business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounting functions, financial reporting, inventory reconciliation, and supporting overall financial management to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and financial entries

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Monitor cash flow and manage banking transactions

Perform inventory reconciliation and stock valuation

Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT/GST, TDS, etc.)

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Support management with financial analysis and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

2–5 years of experience in finance/accounting (FMCG or trading experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems)

Good understanding of taxation and compliance requirements

Proficiency in MS Excel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience in FMCG inventory and distributor accounting
