Job Description
Prepare invoices/credit control/e-vendors submission, expenses/claim payments, and basic financial reports
Assist with month-end closing and audit support (need to liaise with internal and external auditors)
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
Support finance and administrative matters as required
Stock management(stationary, pantry items, uniform, and other office supplies)
Weekly payroll and other support duties payments
4-day Work Week
