Company Overview
Wave Dart Earthmover Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based construction and earthmoving company providing heavy equipment services and infrastructure support. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and strengthen our financial operations and compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full set of accounts and oversee daily finance operations
Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts
Lead budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives
Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
Oversee GST submissions, corporate tax matters, and statutory filings
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers
Monitor project costing and profitability for construction/earthmoving projects
Develop and implement internal financial controls and SOPs
Supervise finance and administrative staff
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
Minimum 2 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or heavy equipment industry
Strong knowledge of Singapore tax regulations and statutory compliance
Experience in project-based accounting and cost analysis
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
