Full Stack Solutions Engineer (IoT & PropTech)

Job Summary

We are seeking a technically skilled and hands-on Solutions Engineer to lead the integration of our cloud-based SaaS platform with on-site hardware. You will architect physical-to-digital solutions, drive technical excellence during installations, and represent the company in key stakeholder engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical configuration of the SaaS platform with on-site hardware including Barrier LPR cameras, Digital Intercoms, and Door Access Controllers to ensure seamless integration.
• Oversee third-party System Integrators during hardware installation to verify cabling and setup meet software requirements and operational standards.
• Conduct site surveys and design tailored technical solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
• Prepare detailed tender quotations supporting business development efforts.
• Present technical proposals and articulate "The myCondo Advantage" clearly to Management Councils (MCST) and Managing Agents, influencing decision-making.
• Serve as the Level 3 technical lead to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues that cannot be addressed remotely, ensuring system reliability.
• Manage multiple site deployments concurrently, coordinating effectively with vendors and contractors to meet project timelines.
• Troubleshoot API calls and database synchronization issues within the SaaS architecture to maintain system performance.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Proven hands-on experience with IoT protocols, SDK/API integrations, and hardware communication standards such as RS485, Wiegand, or TCP/IP.
• Strong command of English to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s MCST landscape or the construction/building industry to enhance solution relevance and client engagement.
