Product Manager (Hazardous Waste Treatment)

Job Responsibilities

• ·         Lead daily operations of hazardous waste treatment production lines, including evaporation, centrifugation, and filtration systems
• ·         Plan and optimize production based on waste characteristics, capacity, safety limits, and cost efficiency
• ·         Manage production planning, manpower, materials, and equipment reliability to ensure stable and compliant operations
• ·         Oversee plant teams, SOPs, EHS compliance, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
• ·         Act as technical interface with sales teams, providing inputs on feasibility, capacity, timelines, and operational constraints

Job Requirements

• Min diploma in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or its equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial plant or production line operations, preferably in hazardous waste, chemical, or environmental processing
• Strong expertise in process operations, equipment systems (evaporation, centrifuge, filtration), production planning, and troubleshooting
• Proven leadership, cross-functional coordination skills, and ability to operate effectively in a plant-based environment
