about the job.You will establish and lead comprehensive quality practices to ensure robotic systems are safe, reliable, and performance-driven before deployment in public spaces.

  • Formulate end-to-end testing strategies spanning virtual simulations, laboratory settings, and real-world field trials.

  • Validate complex autonomous behaviors including navigation, spatial awareness, and interactive perception components.

  • Build sophisticated automated test harnesses and integrated regression suites to streamline the software release cycle.

  • Analyze system telemetry and logs to isolate root causes for multi-disciplinary hardware and software defects.

  • Define rigorous success metrics and governance protocols for the deployment of advanced AI agents and planners.

skills and experience required.

  • Minimum of 3 years in quality engineering for autonomous platforms, embedded systems, or AI-driven products.

  • Deep technical understanding of autonomous failure modes, sensor integration, and motion control logic.

  • Hands-on programming expertise in Python or C++ for developing robust automation tools and frameworks.
