Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and analytical Junior Product Manager / Game Designer to join our team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of creativity and data, helping to shape the player experience while driving the commercial success of our titles.

Whether you are balancing an economy, designing a new feature, or analyzing A/B test results, your goal is to make our games more engaging for millions of players worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Feature Ownership: Assist in the end-to-end development of game features, from initial concept and Game Design Document writing to post-launch optimization.
  • Data-Driven Design: Monitor KPIs (Retention, ARPU, LTV) to identify pain points in the player journey and propose design solutions.
  • Live Ops Support: Help plan and execute seasonal events, sales, and content updates to keep the game world fresh and engaging.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends by deconstructing competitor games and identifying "best-in-class" mechanics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Art, Engineering, and QA to ensure vision alignment and timely delivery.

Who You Are

  • The Experience: You have 1–3 years of professional experience in the gaming industry (PM, Design, or Data Analysis).
  • The Education: You hold a Bachelor’s degree (pref. in Computer Science, Economics, Psychology, or Game Design).
  • The Communicator: You are bilingual in English and Mandarin. You can comfortably present a design pitch in English and coordinate technical details with our Chinese-speaking development partners.
  • The Gamer: You have a deep love for games. You don't just play for fun; you analyze why a game feels good or why a monetization hook works.
  • The Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, iterative "fail fast, learn faster" environment.
  • Local preferred.
