Cluster Security Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a committed and responsible Cluster Security Executive to oversee and manage security operations across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational supervision, manpower deployment, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management
• Supervise security officers across assigned sites
• Coordinate and manage duty rosters and manpower deployment
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure smooth daily operations

Compliance and Risk Management
• Ensure all security operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure security equipment and systems are operational and properly maintained
• Monitor attendance, deployment, and licensing requirements

Staff Supervision and Development
• Provide guidance, supervision, and support to security personnel
• Conduct on-site briefings and performance monitoring
• Address operational issues and manpower concerns promptly

Stakeholder Coordination
• Liaise with clients on operational matters and service delivery
• Report incidents, operational updates, and manpower status to management
• Act as the point of contact for site-related operational matters

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in security operations or supervisory role preferred
• Possess valid Security Officer licence (PLRD) where applicable
• Basic knowledge of security regulations and operational procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work on a rostered schedule and travel
