JD of Site Security Manager

Duties:

- Oversee daily in-house security operations to ensure a safe and secureenvironment

- Manage, deploy, and supervise internal/outsource security officers,including duty rostering and attendance

- Enforce company security policies, procedures, and standard operatingguidelines

- Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and security risk assessmentsacross the premises

- Monitor access control systems, visitor management processes, and CCTVoperations

- Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and safetybreaches

- Investigate incidents and prepare internal reports with follow-upactions

- Coordinate with internal departments on security matters and operationalrequirements

- Liaise with external authorities when necessary (e.g. police, SCDF,building management)

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and workplace safetyrequirements

- Train, brief, and mentor security personnel on internal procedures andstandards

- Identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance overall securityeffectiveness

- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and performance standards withinthe security team

Requirements:

- University degree qualification

- Min 5 years’ experience in security operations

- Valid PLRD Security Officer License

- Strong knowledge of SPF / PLRD regulations, licensing, and compliancerequirements

- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills

- Preferable experience inmanaging security operations of and applying for Protected Place
