Software Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineers, Project Managers, and Customers to achieve project goals.

• Drive efficiency through the creation, tracking, and management of reusable components.

• Anticipate business needs and develop scalable, efficient solutions.

• Lead the design, development, testing, and debugging of software systems.

• Identify technical risks and challenges and propose effective solutions.

• Review code and architectural designs to ensure quality standards.

• Establish and enforce best practices in software design and development.

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.

• Strong experience in full-stack development with solid Software Engineering knowledge.

• At least 2 years of hands-on Agile development experience.

• Completed at least one full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from design to testing.

• Experience in DevSecOps or CI/CD implementation for build and release automation.

• Strong programming proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or C++.

• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Node.js, React, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, Express.js, FastAPI.

• Experience designing and maintaining scalable SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MSSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

• Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills.

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Resourceful, independent, responsive and detail-oriented.

• Good time management skills.
