Medical Social Worker

Job Summary Function as a Medical Social Worker to provide bio-psychosocial assessment and intervention in management of patient care that meets standard of practice. • Casework/Psychosocial Care • Provide end-to-end case management support and appropriate level of care through assessment, care planning, interventions and evaluation of care • Group work • Assist in developing, conducting and facilitating group work sessions • Community Work • Assist in implementing new and/or existing community support systems which bring about enhanced psychosocial well-being of the community. • Program Development and Implementation • Provide educational/clinical supervision • Provide guidance, training and co-supervision to interns and fresh MSWs in their standards of practice delivery. • Deliver education to patients/public • Engage in research • To apply social work ethics and values Job Requirements Education • A recognised qualification in Social Work Behavioral Attributes • Envision: commit to social vision and build collaborative networks • Empower: advocate for clients and foster self-sufficiency • Enable: seek insights, take courageous actions to influence change • Elevate: provide leadership and develop professional capabilities • Evaluate and energize self: self-management as part of personal & professional continuous learning Interested candidates, please attached copy of your qualification certificate and transcripts together with your application.
