Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full sales cycle for digital and IT services, from generating leads to closing deals.
- Actively engage in public and private RFPs, tenders, and government procurement platforms (such as GeBIZ).
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, technical documents, and presentation materials.
- Act as the technical advisor throughout the sales process, translating client needs into effective and scalable solutions.
- Showcase product features through demonstrations, prototypes, and walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with project teams to accurately scope solutions and align expectations with deliverables.
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing upselling, renewals, and handling escalations professionally.
- Monitor and manage sales pipelines, providing regular updates on key metrics and achievements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, transparency, and reliable delivery.
- Evaluate and communicate the technical feasibility and architecture of proposed solutions, such as CMS platforms, custom applications, and experiential technologies.
- Act as a bridge between sales and development teams to ensure solutions are technically viable and properly scoped.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams to gather requirements, define system specifications, and ensure seamless integration.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related disciplines.
- 1 to 3 years of combined experience in IT sales and/or pre-sales/solution consulting.
- Proven experience managing IT tenders and digital transformation projects, particularly within Singapore.
- Skilled at translating technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a professional attitude and strong commitment to client success.
