IT Sales Manager - [ST]

Job Summary

Our Client is a growing IT System Integrator providing IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services solutions to corporate clients. We seek a driven IT Sales Executive/Manager (Hunter Role) to generate leads, acquire new customers, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cold call potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities and expand market reach
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead flow and sales conversion
• Present tailored IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions to clients, collaborating with pre-sales teams to prepare compelling proposals
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation to deal closure, ensuring timely achievement of sales objectives
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets to contribute to company revenue growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, system integration (SI), or managed service providers (MSP)
• Proven track record of acquiring new customers and driving sales growth
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively to influence client decisions and close deals
• Self-motivated and results-driven with demonstrated success in cold outreach and lead generation
• Basic understanding of IT solutions including infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity to support solution selling
