Job Description

Job Descriptions

  • Provide regional technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues.
  • Handle customer complaints, including RMA coordination and 8D reporting.
  • Conduct technical training, seminars, and support for customers and internal sales teams.
  • Guide customers on components usage, application, and production process best practices.
  • Maintain high service standards and deliver clear technical documentation/reports..

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Prefer someone who possess troubleshoot skills across EMC
  • Able to work with FAE support, occasional travel within Asia, if required.
  • 5 years of experience in customer service / technical support, preferably with knowledge in EMC, customer support, RMA handling, or electronics-related roles preferred
  • Required R1 in writing report
