Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a qualified and technically strong Finance Manager to lead the accounting and finance operations for our group of companies. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee the complete accounting function, manage a capable team, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across our entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-set accounts for group companies from end-to-end, including journal entries, reconciliations, month/year-end close, and preparation of financial statements

  • Oversee and develop the accounting team responsible for daily bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance

  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports for 4 group entities

  • Coordinate and manage annual statutory audits with external auditors and tax agents

  • Ensure timely and accurate quarterly GST filing and compliance with IRAS requirements

  • Monitor cash flow, analyse financial data, and provide insights to management

  • Implement and improve accounting systems, internal controls, and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore FRS and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • ACCA (admitted member), CA Singapore, or CPA certification would be advantageous although not required

  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar capacity

  • Proven hands-on experience managing full-set accounts through to audited financial statements

  • Strong group consolidation and multi-entity accounting experience

  • Direct experience managing statutory audit processes from preparation to completion

  • Proficient in ABSS Premier (MYOB), XERO and advanced Microsoft Excel

  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role
