NCS Line Singapore is a branch office of NCS Line World Wide/HQ Indonesia. We have been incorporated since July 2008 in Singapore. We focus on Seafreight, Airfreight, Road Trucking, Bulk Vessel, Customs Clearance and Port Services. We have built good rapport with carriers as well as airlines around the world and gained trust of being a customer-oriented and service-focused freight forwarder. NCS Line Singapore owns the qualification and license of NVOCC, Ocean Freight Forwarder (US - FMC), International Air Transportation Association (IATA), International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA), and Ministry of Communication (IMOC).

• Air Freight holds several major allotments with Airlines, to name, Korean Airlines as one of them
• Sea Freight has 6 service agreement contracts with major carriers to USA especially. We also locked attractive rates with NVOCCs
• We have our own bonded and non-bonded warehouse in Singapore and provide storage space for customers who require to store their cargoes with good rates
• With both bonded and non-bonded warehouse spaces offered, we do have both sheltered and unsheltered as an option
• We are the leading company handling OOG Cargo to construction sites, including provided services such as supply of mobile crane, lifting crews as well as site surveys

Job Summary

Lead and drive all finance operations within a dynamic freight forwarding and logistics environment, delivering strategic financial insights and governance to support business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance operations including accounting, financial planning & analysis, cash flow management, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives and drive sustainable growth
• Drive cost management initiatives, pricing strategies, and financial modeling tailored to logistics operations to optimize profitability
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong governance frameworks across all finance functions
• Collaborate effectively with operations, commercial, and procurement teams to provide financial insights that support informed business decisions
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering skills growth and operational excellence

Required competencies and certifications

• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA (preferred but essential for core finance leadership)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum degree in a relevant field
• 15 to 20 years of experience in Freight Forwarder / Logistics Industry, including at least 10 years of overseas experience
