Finance Director (Healthcare)

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the hospital’s financial strategy, advising senior leadership and governance committees on performance, risk, and long-term sustainability.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning, ensuring accurate forecasting, performance monitoring, and timely financial reporting.
• Drive revenue cycle management, including funding models, subventions, billing, collections, and financial KPIs optimisation.
• Provide financial analysis, scenario planning, and strategic insights to support executive decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and statutory requirements; manage audits and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee procurement governance and capital investment planning for facilities, medical equipment, and technology.
• Lead and develop the finance team while partnering cross-functionally to align financial management with clinical and operational goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy
• At least 10 years of experience in Finance
• Strong Leadership
• Hospital / Healthcare experience
