Senior Finance Governance & Transformation Consultant - 2 Year Contract

Job Summary

Our client is a government-linked organisation responsible for planning and managing national infrastructure and facilities to support long-term economic objectives. As part of their growth strategy, they are strengthening their finance function, offering opportunities to work on impactful projects, optimise financial processes, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Review internal regulations, policies and enhance the financial governance framework
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships and use of banking products and services
• Evaluate the financial health of tenderers
• Analyse financial data to support reporting needs, leveraging analytics and visualisation tools to provide meaningful insights
• Understand requirements and automate finance processes using digital tools to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, internal controls, or compliance
• Proficient in the use of open-source analytic tools (e.g. Python), visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).
• Experience with digitalisation or ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is a plus
• Strong analytical, risk management, and process improvement skills.
• Demonstrates a positive and proactive work attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
