Job Description
- Can Independently carryout all Quality Control requirements in the onshore/offshore Fabrication projects, following verification of test procedures, and interpretation of test results to relevant Codes, Standards [BS, API, ASTM, AWS, ASME & DNV] and project specification
- Prepare and review of Quality Manual, Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plan, Procedures and work-instructions, Method Statement, Test package and Final completion [as-built] documentation
- Supervising Welding and Coordinate all QC activities and liaising with Client / Contractor representatives
- Co-ordinate and communicate with Client / Contractor Inspectors, Client Site Representatives, Third Party Inspectors, Authorized Inspector and Project Management Team. Organizational interfaces with other departments
- Preparation of Technical analysis reports based on the inspection findings
- Have ASNT Level II Certifications & CSWIP Level II will be advantage
