QA/QC ENGINEER

QA/QC  Engineer Scope of work:

-  Implement and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) according to ISO 9001.

- Conduct audits of external vendors to ensure raw materials (e.g., seals, hoses, high-pressure fittings) meet specifications before they reach the assembly line.

- Prepare Manufacturing Data Records (MDR) and ensure compliance with safety and marine regulations.

- Reviewed technical specifications, engineering drawings, procedures, and standards pertaining to the project requirements.

-Involving of Internal auditing

-Preparing continue improvements planning

-Components/Skid incoming inspection/checking.

- Components/Skid outgoing inspection/checking.

-Assembly processing monitoring.

-Prepare ITP,FAT,SAT.

-Attend and witness FAT/SAT testing.

-Sign off product/system release .

-Prepare monthly report of QA/QC work

-Keep all documents properly

-Handling components/system warranty

-Raised non-conformance report (NCR) and tracked corrective and preventive plan.

- Investigate hydraulic failures or leaks using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to prevent recurrence.

-Manage all capital equipment and tools instruments.

-Prepare calibration planning and generate all items list.

-Make sure all equipment and tools ,instruments has valid certificates

Requirements

·Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) or equivalent.

·Willing and able to learn.

·Good team player.

·Analytical and problem-solving skills

·Independent and able to work without supervision.

·Good command of English, both written and spoken.

·Ability to converse in major languages (other than English) an advantage.

·2+ years of QA/QC or hydraulic system inspection experience (heavy-duty equipment preferred).

·Knowledge of hydraulic systems, standards, and safety regulations.

·Strong on-site problem-solving and reporting skills.

·Knowledge of Autocad, Solidworks will be an advantage.
