QA Engineer

Join a fast-moving technology/manufacturing environment where you will help build strong quality systems, maintain audit readiness, and ensure products meet the highest standards. This role is ideal for someone hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and passionate about driving quality excellence across engineering and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance document control processes
  Maintain version control, approval workflows, and traceability for quality documents.
  Strengthen processes to support continuous audit readiness.

• Drive CAPA execution
  Track and follow through on Corrective and Preventive Actions.
  Work with cross-functional teams to ensure root causes are addressed and prevent repeat issues.

• Maintain quality metrics & dashboards
  Track and trend KPIs such as defects, First Pass Yield, and ppm.
  Provide visibility on quality performance and highlight emerging risks.

• Update and maintain inspection specifications
  Review changes (e.g., ECNs) and ensure inspection criteria remain aligned with design intent.

• Support internal audits
  Participate in audit activities, document findings, and assist in implementing corrective actions.

• Promote quality discipline
  Communicate expectations clearly, follow up on commitments, and foster a culture of quality execution.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering / QA.
• Experience in document control, CAPA, quality metrics, or inspections.
• Exposure to ISO 9001 or similar structured quality systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to drive follow-through.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
