Technical Training & Operations Lead

Job Summary

Lead and oversee mobile device repair operations, driving quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Develop and deliver technical training, mentor technicians, and act as a subject-matter expert to support business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile device repair operations to achieve high-quality outcomes and operational efficiency
• Develop and deliver structured technical training programs to enhance technician skills and performance
• Mentor and supervise repair technicians and junior staff to foster professional growth and team effectiveness
• Establish and enforce repair standards, quality control procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery
• Analyze recurring device faults and implement process improvements to reduce repair times and increase reliability
• Support inventory planning, tools management, and spare parts control to maintain optimal repair resources
• Prepare detailed technical reports and performance evaluations to inform management decision-making
• Serve as subject-matter expert for advanced diagnostics and complex repairs, providing expert guidance and solutions
• Ensure strict compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant technical and supervisory experience
• Strong expertise in mobile device diagnostics, electronics repair, and technical training
• Proven leadership and team management skills
