Senior iOS Technical Lead – (Digital Banking, Banking domain, Mobile application development, Swift)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-grade iOS applications using modern Swift-based architecture.
• Define mobile architecture standards, reusable components, and modular SDK-based solutions.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices, performance optimization, and scalability principles.
• Drive implementation of advanced mobile capabilities such as onboarding workflows, biometric integrations, and digital payments.
• Lead development of features supporting customer onboarding, payments, QR transactions, remittance, and account services.
• Architect dynamic, configurable UI frameworks to support multi-country or multi-market rollouts.
• Collaborate with backend and integration teams to ensure seamless API consumption and data exchange.
• Support production releases and manage App Store deployment processes.
• Lead and mentor mobile engineering squads to deliver projects on schedule.
• Conduct technical reviews and guide engineers on coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with product owners, UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the mobile engineering practice.
• Provide guidance on hybrid or cross-platform solutions where required.
• Collaborate with frontend and web teams to ensure consistent user experience across digital channels.
• Operate within Agile/Scrum delivery models, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise SDLC processes and quality assurance standards.
• Manage version control and release workflows effectively.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in Software Development.
• 8+ years of experience in Mobile Application development using IOS.
• Strong hands-on expertise in iOS development using Swift.
• Strong experience in Banking domain and Mobile Banking Apps.
• Good experience in design and architecture for IOS platform.
• Hands on experience in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, Drupal, SQL server.
• Hands on experience in Database like Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL.
• Experience in leading mobile squads in digital banking or financial services environments.
• Experience in mobile application architecture patterns and modular development.
• Experience in API integrations, authentication flows, and secure data handling.
• Exposure to hybrid or cross-platform mobile frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and mentoring skills.
