Job Description

Project Manager with proven expertise leading complex projects from conception through implementation in e-Commerce or Contact Center environments. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, applying comprehensive project and program management skills to deliver impactful business solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of multiple mid-to-large scale regional and global eCommerce initiatives, managing overlapping timelines to achieve Retail Online organizational goals.
  • Define project scope, forecast and allocate resources, and map current and future business processes to optimize workflows.
  • Develop detailed business and technical requirements to guide solution architecture and implementation.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, documentation, and communications including status updates, risk assessments, and scope changes.
  • Manage change across the organization by coordinating user, integration, and production testing, and overseeing project cutover and go-live activities.
  • Conduct project retrospectives and closeout activities to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate transparently and proactively with all leadership levels to represent project status and escalate issues requiring attention.
  • Build and leverage strong relationships with internal and external partner teams to influence project direction and outcomes positively.
  • Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and delivery of simple, sustainable technical solutions.
  • Facilitate focused project discussions and deep-dives with diverse team members to maintain clarity on objectives and priorities.
  • Champion operational excellence by applying standardized project management methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality business solution delivery.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for Retail Online within your project domain, supporting knowledge sharing and technical guidance.
  • Maintain composure and a positive attitude in dynamic environments while managing multiple medium to large-scale initiatives simultaneously.
  • Anticipate risks and opportunities, making informed decisions and setting strategic direction even amid ambiguity or incomplete data.
  • Challenge existing processes and propose innovative, creative solutions that drive lasting improvements.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in product, project, or program management roles with demonstrated ownership of global initiatives.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
  • Experience interfacing between business and technical teams in a hands-on capacity.
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience working with Contact Center and/or e-Commerce systems and technologies.
