Job Summary
Hisense is looking for a Productline Manager who is mainly responsible for market analysis, product planning, pricing analysis, channel management, marketing, and business plan forecast management to drive sales growth and optimize product positioning.
Responsibilities
- Analyze industry trends, channel dynamics, competitive product offerings, and product matchup to inform strategic decisions
- Develop product planning proposals aligned with market analysis and headquarters platform capabilities to meet customer needs
- Conduct pricing analysis based on competitive market environment and collaborate with system teams to set cost requirements and optimize product structure
- Collaborate with the marketing department to design and execute integrated marketing plans that leverage brand resources and product selling points to enhance sales structure
- Drive channel management by developing professional customer relationships, implementing sales network layouts, and promoting steady sales growth
- Create business plans based on market analysis, terminal shipment data, and channel sales forecasts to support operational goals
- Formulate and monitor monthly promotion policies for chain channels to maintain a healthy and stable retail structure, ensuring promotion balance aligns with inventory levels and turnover requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a full-time program
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with overseas product line or sales experience in home appliances
- Proficient in office software applications to support data analysis and reporting
- Strong logical reasoning, clear communication, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across functions
- Demonstrated responsibility and execution capability to manage work pressure and deliver results
