Job Description

Product Manager (No-Code AI Experiences) — Confidential AI Platform

Overview

We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of client-ready AI experiences built on a no-code platform. This is a hands-on role combining product thinking, customer discovery, solution design, and enablement—you’ll translate real customer needs into delightful, usable AI workflows, then scale adoption through onboarding programs and feedback-driven product improvements.

What You’ll Do

1) Build and ship no-code AI experiences (hands-on)

  • Design, prototype, and launch AI-powered experiences using a no-code AI platform (e.g., chatbot/agent-style workflows, guided interactions, knowledge-driven assistants).

  • Rapidly iterate from MVP to production-ready experiences with strong UX and clear outcomes.

  • Maintain a library of reusable templates and best practices to accelerate builds.

2) Deliver bespoke solutions for clients

  • Run structured discovery to understand client goals, users, constraints, and success metrics.

  • Translate requirements into user journeys, conversational flows, knowledge structure, and interaction design.

  • Implement, test, and refine solutions; ensure quality, reliability, and alignment with business outcomes.

3) Drive onboarding and adoption through enablement

  • Plan and run client onboarding programs including workshops, webinars, and hackathons.

  • Create onboarding assets: playbooks, tutorials, use-case examples, and “how-to” guides.

  • Support client teams to become confident builders—help non-technical users ship real solutions.

4) Partner with engineering to improve the platform

  • Act as the voice of the customer: synthesise feedback into clear product insights and priorities.

  • Work with the tech team on UX improvements, feature requirements, and product design enhancements.

  • Define problem statements, write PRDs/user stories, and support release planning and QA.

What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months)

  • Multiple client deployments shipped end-to-end with strong user satisfaction and measurable impact.

  • A repeatable onboarding playbook (workshop/webinar/hackathon formats) that increases adoption.

  • A prioritized product improvement backlog informed by usage data and customer feedback.

  • Strong collaboration rhythm with engineering (clear specs, fast feedback loops, predictable delivery).

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to engage and support diverse client teams.

  • Product design experience and strong grounding in customer-centric product paradigms (UX, JTBD, design thinking, user research, usability).

  • Demonstrated ability to build with no-code/low-code tools (bonus: AI workflow builders, chatbot builders, automation tools).

  • Experience turning ambiguous client problems into shipped solutions, ideally in SaaS, platforms, or enterprise solutions.

  • Comfortable running customer-facing sessions (workshops/webinars) and communicating clearly to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to produce crisp documentation (flows, specs, training materials).

  • Highly driven, self-starter, proactive, and an excellent team player.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience designing conversational interfaces, AI assistants, or knowledge-based experiences.

  • Familiarity with experimentation, analytics, and product instrumentation (activation, retention, task completion).

  • Background in B2B SaaS onboarding, customer success, or solution consulting.

  • Understanding of AI safety, compliance, and responsible deployment practices.

Candidate Traits We Value

  • Builder mindset: ships fast, iterates thoughtfully.

  • Customer empathy: obsessed with usability for lay users.

  • High initiative: sees problems, proposes solutions, executes.

  • Structured thinking: can turn messy inputs into clear plans and deliverables.

  • Collaborative: earns trust across clients, product, and engineering.

Location / Work Style

  • Flexible (remote/hybrid depending on candidate).

  • Some client-facing time expected for onboarding sessions and workshops.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume and (if available) a portfolio showing product work, no-code builds, UX artifacts, or client solution case studies. Shortlisted candidates may be asked to walk through a past build or complete a practical no-code product exercise.
