We are hiring a Senior Field IT Infrastructure Engineer to provide onsite and remote support. The role involves troubleshooting servers, networks, firewalls, and end-user systems, while also supporting security and cloud-migration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide onsite field support for servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs, NAS, desktops, and laptops.
* Perform remote support, incident resolution, and system administration tasks.
* Conduct preventive maintenance, patching, backup verification, and security checks.
* Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and IT documentation.
* Troubleshoot network issues (LAN/WAN, VLANs, WiFi) and firewall configurations.
* Support security operations, endpoint protection, and incident remediation.
* Assist in cloud migration and infrastructure upgrade projects (e.g., M365, Azure AD).
* Coordinate with third-party vendors.
Requirements
* Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on infrastructure experience (managed services preferred) in Law Firms.
* Strong technical skills in Windows Servers, networking, firewalls, VPN, virtualization, and NAS backups.
* Certifications such as CCNA, CEH, or cloud-related certificates are advantageous.
* Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.
* Able to travel to client sites for field support.
