Singapore Test Lab is a testing, inspection and certification company accredited by the Singapore Accreditation Council to ISO/IEC 17025, and ISO/IEC 17065. STL offers a wide range of testing, inspection, certification and consultancy services for PUB, HDB, Nparks, SCDF, MOM related products. We do mechanical, chemical, electrical testing and certification of products, materials. We also carry out site inspections and overseas audits and testing.

Job Summary

Support engineering operations by managing quality systems and client interactions to ensure compliance with certification and testing standards. This role welcomes candidates with engineering backgrounds who are eager to learn and contribute to quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the engineering manager by coordinating administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Maintain and update the Quality System and related schemes to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Communicate effectively with clients to facilitate product certification and testing, ensuring clarity and timely resolution of inquiries
• Apply engineering knowledge to assist in quality assurance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or ITE certification in any engineering discipline
• Openness to candidates without prior experience but with a strong willingness to learn and transition into engineering roles
