Job Description
- Plan,co-ordinates and implements overall site works and provide technical guidance and support to site teams to resolve day-to-day issues
- Lead engineering teams and maintain technical standards, specifications, and project requirements
- Review engineering drawings, layout plans, and technical details before site commencement
- Identify and resolve design clashes, constructability issues, and site constraints
- Support planning and sequencing of works to meet project timelines
- Monitor workmanship quality and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
- Support value engineering and alternative technical proposals to optimise cost, quality, and programme
- Attend site matters & complains related to project sites.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, E&C, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in construction projects covering civil & ECE works
- Experience in design coordination, technical project management, and site support
- Ability to resolve design clashes, constructability, and integration issues
- Good coordination, communication, and leadership skills
- Willing to work on-site and flexible with shift work including evenings, weekends, or as project requires
